I have added a new page to the site just look up and to the right. I am on a mission. I have allowed my weight to reach just icky poportions and aim to shed that. as of 10/26/2007, I clocked in at 245lbs. I started a program by gilad janklowicz on fit tv 30min in the morning and 30min at night.
I did that program on TV for about 3 weeks and decided to purchase a program he was pushing called the quick fit system. It’s a 12 week weight training program that focuses on your hips, abs, arms, chest, back etc and promises to make you look and feel great. well since starting I have never felt better and I have weighed myself today not even 2 months later and I have shed 25lbs. Now at 220. I can actually see abs (a first for me). I will continue this program for a good long time.
But as the blog post says I am on “The Road to 170″ I am shooting to loose another 50lbs within this 12 week course. I need all the support I can get to get weights and whatever else I need to make this a reality. Wish me luck internet.
