House Update - Almost there!

Well hello again and welcome to another installment of we can sell it.

We just heard back from our realtor on the status of the house selling, the following is where we are:

• My attorney is done with the contract review and deems attorney review done from his end.
• Buyer is dropping off a second check to my realtor for the house either today or tomorrow
• The proposal for the sale of our home has been sent to my bank
• waiting on the buyers attorney to agree with mine that attorney review is complete.

So we are getting close to getting this house sold in this horrible market. The best part about all of this was the fact that the buyers were the same people who FIRST saw this house during our FIRST open house. so we snagged this on the first try, if all goes well. cross your fingers for me internet.
