House Sale Update

The misses and I sit here 35 days after we put our home on the market still waiting to finish. We have had 3 open houses and several people come on through here, almost all with the same problem. The home is being sold as is and everyone complains, “well we like the home and will take it as is only if you fix the windows, fix the fence etc, etc”

When the realtor tells that to my wife and me we kinda look at each other “kinda defeats the purpose of as is don’tcha think.”

Good news is that we are now working with a couple that is willing to buy our home. It definately was not the price we wanted it to be that’s for sure. But the end result is the sale, which depending on what our bank says will happen soon. stay tuned
