Search has always fascinated me to an extent, the who’s, what’s and why’s of search.

Who are you looking for online?
Why are you looking for them online?
What is the purpose of looking for them?

What’s next for you after that?

To that end I am employing some additional help, in the form of google analytics and sitemeter to help me understand my readership better. Why are you coming here, what are you looking for? How can I help you reach your goals? I have had this search and analytics bug bite me ever since I started my current job. It’s fascinating to see how people arrive at the site I oversee and now I wanna do that here.

I will be collecting data over the next few weeks and doing just that, no this isn’t some scheme to sell your info, it’s just for my own education. I will share the results with all of you, when I have collected enough to make the ogre in the corner of my room smile.
