The Road is Restarting

     Tomorrow marks a historic day atleast for me it is. I will be attempting yet again the road to 170. But this time rather than write about it here or twitter over here. I will be updating here. All my updates that I used to write about on my frontpage and then update my other page will be done via video. This makes it easier on me, gives me more time to workout. also makes it better for you, not have to read as much. If your already on seesmic please do follow my progress, i will need all the moral support I can get.
