Well as you remember in this video I asked the discovery channel to allow me to use a video from Gilad for a live workout. They finally got back to me and said they could not give me the permissions because they did not own the rights to it. Bah! I should go ahead with it anyway, as the subject says I don’t need to ask do I?
P.S. I finally found out that Discovery is correct they don’t own Gilad’s workouts FiT TV does.
So I am asking this to FIT TV, watch the video linked in this blog post. and get back to me, i think my readers will find it most useful and beneficial. what do you say :).
