How Now Brown Cow, I have finally returned.

     Weird title I know, so anyway today’s exercise called for Cardio Strike on Gilad Janklowicz’s Quick Fit System. This as you no doubt should know by now consists of 32min of Cardio, Kickboxing and Martial Arts truly a blast to do. Since I pretty much have taken off for 2 weeks after my hospital stay and bathroom collapse, I have decided as the video below this post said  to start over. I have started from scratch Week 1 is this week not Week 8 where I left off. So Discovery Health Network if your reading this I am still on the National Body Challenge and following it religiously.
Since my body is already accustomed to Gilad’s routine I decided today to punch it up a notch. I went Threesies, not only did I do Cardio Strike, I followed that with 15min workout on my chest and back and then a brief stop to my Wii for some training. Safe to say my body finally feels like it has set back into it’s groove. I am eager for tomorrow to arrive for next exercise, I have so much energy again, it’s almost intoxicating.
