Weight Check Update

Well as many of you know by my last seesmic post I have been quite ill last 2 days. Seems to be that I ate some bad chicken and my body said “what is you crazy, we are on a diet here!!” “Abort, Abort, Reject, Reject.” Which is what I have been doing for the last 2 days sitting in the bathroom aborting and rejecting :).
But on a positive note it has moved me along on the road to 170 quite quickly I know this is not the right way to do it. But I haven’t been able to workout in 2 days with today being 3. My new weight is now
208.8 pounds! Folks I don’t in anyway advise getting ill from food as a way to diet quickly. I am sure you have watched enough infomercials on this topic. So I say NAY! just keep up the workouts and the benefits shall be all yours.

Glad to hear your getting better! Ease yourself back into your routine, don’t push too hard as your body’s still healing even though you feel better. I’m only on week two here, first week was an easy 5 lbs, looks like it’s only going to be 1 lb this week but at least the trend is in the right direction.
