Our Quest for a New Beginning.

Today has been a long day… If you have been following me on twitter or reading my blog you know we have been discussing “the big move of 2008″. Well that move is selling our home and starting over again. If you read my 2007 reflection you know some of the issues that my wife and I have faced over the years. We hope to start anew.  So today was our trek through mercer county in the little family matrix in hopes of finding a new place to call home. Some of our obstacles are deciding if we are going to keep a dog and give away one of our two cats or keep the cats and let the dog start a new life somewhere else. Always budgeting numbers, our biggest obstacle is selling our home in this death of a housing market. But with the good lord and luck by our side we assume this wont be difficult. I didn’t get to workout today, but since tomorrow is my “break day” I will make it up then, I assume gilad won’t mind much. As Dave Ramsey says, “you have to much house” and “you must learn to live on rice and beans, beans and rice” to finally learn how to “live like no one else, so you can live like no one else.” No offense to you goya but we tire of the beans and you gotta go as does the house….–jay and liz
