discovery health - national body challenge tip

Date January 29, 2008

Got this in an email and since I have started my workout I have faced it as well. We all get bored doing the same workout day by day, especially if the harder you push you still don’t see the results you would like. Well like I said in the BISJ article, contstant determination is the key. It would seem discovery health agrees with me. Have you faced obstacles in your own road to 170? how have you overcome them? O yea and here is the tip.

Food & Mood
As you progress in your plan toward fitness in the 2008 National Body Challenge, two enemies may begin to test your resolve … boredom and frustration. It’s not unusual to hit a plateau at this point, even though you’ve continued to follow all of the rules. But don’t lose faith. Your persistence will be rewarded!

Keep in mind I am in no way affiliated with the discovery health network (although I should be) and I am not getting paid to promote this (sponsorship anyone) I just believe if you choose to begin your road to better health I should be able to provide you any and all assistance possible. Give you tips and tricks to get you there. And finally make you get up and go. You only live once. Make it count!
