Week 3 Weigh In

Well it has been 3 weeks since I started the QFS System from Gilad Janklowicz. I have seen ups and downs in my weight. During mid week is when I see my weight take a slight dip but usually around weigh in time its back up. Don’t get it but suffice to say I have missed this weeks goal. I have 9 more weeks to get to 170 so wish me luck. see results here

Don’t get me wrong I have never felt better or stronger for that matter and I have the feeling by the end of this training my body will be permanently changed for the better. Just wish it where faster :)
